Ellicottville Brewing on Chautauqua is the Bemus Point location of the well-known Ellicottville Brewing Company, open for lunch and dinner during the warm weather months. The restaurant is situated in downtown Bemus Point with views of Chautauqua Lake, making it a natural stop for a meal at the end of a day on the water.
The menu is fresh and eclectic, and the brewery produces its own hand-crafted beers on site, including experimental, specialty, and small-batch brews made exclusively at this location. The combination of lake views, house-made beer, and a full kitchen makes it one of the more distinctive spots in the village.

The Bemus Point-Stow Ferry has been crossing Chautauqua Lake since 1811. And The Ferry is almost done for the season. ⛵
The Ferry is one of the last cable-guided ferries in the country. Seven minutes across the narrows of Chautauqua Lake connecting two shores that have depended on each other for over two centuries.
For some people a ride on The Ferry is a generational memory. Something their grandparents did and their parents did and now they do with their kids on a summer afternoon. For others it is the first time and the seven minutes feel like stepping into a different era entirely.
