Elisabeth A. Hall is a lifelong Town of Ellery resident providing legal services to Bemus Point and the broader Chautauqua County community. Her legal practice focuses on real estate, wills and trust drafting, estate planning, and Elder Law.
Beth also owns and operates Miller Hall Financial Professionals, a full-service estate and retirement planning business. Services include asset protection, estate succession, life insurance, long-term care planning, 401(k) rollovers, and investment guidance.
A graduate of Allegheny College, St. Bonaventure University, Mercyhurst College, and the University of Buffalo School of Law, Beth brings a deep connection to the community alongside her professional background. She currently serves on the Chautauqua County Humane Society Board and as Treasurer for the Chautauqua County Youth Symphony.

The 4th of July in Bemus Point just feels different.
Boats on the water all day.

The kind of summer day that starts with coffee by the lake and somehow turns into fireworks before you know it.
By evening, the village is buzzing. Friends gathering on docks. Families finding their favorite spots. Restaurants full. The lake packed with boats.
