Bemus Bay Architecture is a women-owned small business led by Keri G. Belovarac, Registered Architect. The firm handles both residential and commercial design in and around the Chautauqua Lake area.
For homeowners, Bemus Bay works with you from early concept through construction, developing custom designs tailored to how you live. The process includes 3D renderings to help you visualize the finished home, coordination with local planning departments, and ongoing support for your builder throughout the project.
On the commercial side, the firm works with business owners and developers on new construction and renovations. Design focuses on function, space planning, and budget alongside aesthetics. For commercial projects, Bemus Bay partners with Eco Strategies Engineering & Surveying, PLLC for civil engineering, surveying, and DEC approvals as needed.

The Bemus Point-Stow Ferry has been crossing Chautauqua Lake since 1811. And The Ferry is almost done for the season. ⛵
The Ferry is one of the last cable-guided ferries in the country. Seven minutes across the narrows of Chautauqua Lake connecting two shores that have depended on each other for over two centuries.
For some people a ride on The Ferry is a generational memory. Something their grandparents did and their parents did and now they do with their kids on a summer afternoon. For others it is the first time and the seven minutes feel like stepping into a different era entirely.
Either way The Ferry is FREE 🆓

And the final weekend to ride the Bemus Point-Stow Ferry before it closes for the 2026 season.

🍂 And then there is Fall Fest.
September 18th through 20th.
The streets of Bemus Point line up with vendors near and far. The shops are open. The restaurants are rolling out fall specials.
