One Fine Day Boat Charter offers private lake cruises aboard a fully restored 1966 Lyman Day Cruiser, a 28.5-foot classic wooden lapstrake vessel with twin Chrysler 235 engines. Built by Lyman Boat Works in Sandusky, Ohio, the boat has been lovingly restored by Captain Paul Johnson, who has owned it since 2015. It’s a beautiful and distinctive way to spend time on Chautauqua Lake.
Charters are fully customizable. Captain Paul can guide you through local history, take you out for a relaxing cruise at sunrise, midday, or sunset, or set you up for something a little more adventurous with underwater exploring using side scan sonar. Picnicking and sunbathing on the water are popular options as well.

Just outside the village, a small farm sits in the hills with owners who greet you like they have been expecting you. Suri alpacas, mini pigs, chickens, and a gift shop full of handmade fiber goods made right from the herd.
The farm is certified in animal assisted therapy and has welcomed school-aged children all the way through elderly visitors from across the region.
