Newly renovated and located in the heart of downtown Bemus Point, this spacious home puts you just steps from Chautauqua Lake, local shops, restaurants, and all the charm Bemus Point has to offer.
With a wraparound driveway and two additional street parking spaces, the property can comfortably accommodate up to eight vehicles.
Inside, you’ll find a beautifully updated kitchen featuring modern appliances and everything needed to prepare meals for your group, including cookware, utensils, and essential cooking supplies. The adjoining dining nook provides a cozy space to gather and enjoy meals together.
The inviting living room offers ample seating and a stunning built-in bookshelf, creating the perfect setting to relax after a day on the lake. The sunroom includes a pullout sofa for additional sleeping accommodations.
A first-floor bedroom and full bathroom provide convenient accessibility for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. A dedicated laundry room is also available for your convenience.
Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious primary suite complete with a large bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet. Three additional upstairs bedrooms provide plenty of room for larger families and groups.
Outside, unwind on the front porch with your morning coffee or evening drink while enjoying the sights and atmosphere of downtown Bemus Point. Or, enjoy the warmth of our multiple fire-pits in the backyard.
The bar area is a guest favorite and the perfect gathering space for evenings with family and friends. Featuring a full wooden bar and two TVs, it’s an ideal spot to catch the game, enjoy a drink, or unwind after a day on the lake.
The property also includes a two-car garage and a spacious RV garage. If you would like these garage spaces, please contact us prior to your stay for approval, as these areas are also used for owner storage.

Labor Day weekend was made for Bemus Point. 🌊
Labor Day weekend is September 5th through 7th and this is the one you do not skip. The last long weekend of summer on Chautauqua Lake. Four nights. Three full days. The village fully alive with people who refuse to let the season end quietly.
Friday dinner at one of the many unique local restaurants. Saturday on the water with your pontoon from Bemus Bay Water Toys with nowhere to be. Sunday golden hour that stretches longer than it should satisfying your sweet tooth with ice cream from Bemus Point Market. Monday morning breakfast at Bemus Point Inn because you earned one more morning before you head home.
The lake is still warm. The restaurants are still open. The village is still doing exactly what it does all summer.

Bemus Point has had a library since 1908.

The Bemus Point Public Library on Main Street is one of those places that quietly holds a community together. Free WiFi. Public computers. Audiobooks and digital downloads. Story time for young readers. A warm space in the heart of the village that genuinely welcomes everyone who walks through the door.
And every summer the library teams up with Bemus Point Market to run a reading program where kids earn a free Perry’s ice cream cone just for reading books. The library and the market. Two village institutions working together to make this community better for the families who live and visit here.
