Bemus Point has a therapy alpaca farm. And yes, you can feed them. 🦙
Just outside the village, a small farm sits in the hills with owners who greet you like they have been expecting you. Suri alpacas, mini pigs, chickens, and a gift shop full of handmade fiber goods made right from the herd.
The farm is certified in animal assisted therapy and has welcomed school-aged children all the way through elderly visitors from across the region.
It is the kind of afternoon that works on everyone differently and leaves people quieter and happier than when they arrived.

A Bemus Point institution for more than 25 years, The Village Casino has been bringing live music to the waterfront since 1980 and remains one of the best places to spend a summer evening on Chautauqua Lake.
Live music every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday all summer long.
Downstairs, you`ll find patio seating overlooking the lake, boat service right to the dock, and a menu packed with favorites. Wings. Burgers. Beef on Weck. Cold drinks. Lake views.

The 4th of July in Bemus Point just feels different.
Boats on the water all day.
Patios full.
Live music drifting through the village.
The kind of summer day that starts with coffee by the lake and somehow turns into fireworks before you know it.
By evening, the village is buzzing. Friends gathering on docks. Families finding their favorite spots. Restaurants full. The lake packed with boats.
Then at 10 PM, all eyes turn to Bemus Bay.
As part of the America 250 celebration, enjoy 25 minutes of music-accompanied fireworks launching from barges in Bemus Bay.
Tune in to Kix Country 96.5 & 100.3 and watch the soundtrack come to life in the sky.
