Elisabeth A. Hall – Attorney at Law

Elisabeth A. Hall is proud to provide comprehensive legal services to Bemus Point and the surrounding Chautauqua County community.  Beth focuses her legal practice in the areas of real estate, wills and trust drafting, estate planning, and Elder Law.

Elisabeth also owns and operates Miller Hall Financial Professionals, a full-service estate and retirement planning business.  Guidance is provided on asset protection, estate succession, life insurance, long-term care planning, 401(k) rollovers, and investments.

Beth Hall is a life-long Town of Ellery resident.  She worked for years alongside her father, Craig Miller, who served for over 44 years on the Town of Ellery Board. Beth received her BA degree from Allegheny College, an MS degree from St. Bonaventure University, a second MS degree from Mercyhurst College, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Buffalo School of Law.  Beth is proud to serve on the Chautauqua County Humane Society Board and as Treasurer for the Chautauqua County Youth Symphony.
